Independent Institute For Communal Property Development In South Africa was born out of the need to support and reform Communal Property Associations across South Africa, In 2021 Mr Mohale's after deep introspections saw a need for existance of the institute in order to Strengthen governance and accountability in Communal Property Associations, Promote inclusive land-based economic development, Serve as a national platform for dispute resolution, training, and regulation and bridge the gap between government, Communal Property Association, beneficiaries and other stakeholders.
